The Reimagining Nursing Initiative is at the heart of the transformation that the American Nurses Foundation (ANF) is leading. This landmark endeavor is funding bold, nurse-led solutions that address healthcare’s most pressing challenges and support nurse well-being. 

ANF has expanded its impact through this Initiative in three key areas: growing nurse-led research and innovation; creating new approaches to nurse well-being; and building the pipeline of scholars and fellows who represent communities they serve.
