The Foundation has existed for over 60 years because some things are timeless – like a nurse’s dedication. If you’ve experienced the power of nursing, you know the combination of personal passion and expert knowledge that exceptional nurses show, and the difference that they make. But how do you say thank you? Through the Foundation's Honor a Nurse program, you can honor an individual to let them know how special they are.

Together, we can do even more. From advocating for greater leadership roles for nurses, to funding new innovative care solutions, the Foundation is passionate that nurses have a critical view of the challenges we face in modern health care, and that nursing should be supported to lead health care change. This will keep patients safe and ensure they experience the best possible care and are encouraged to lead healthier lives.
Let’s work together and empower our valued nurses to open the door to a healthier nation.
