Pulse on the Nation's Nurses Survey Series Results

The American Nurses Foundation and the American Nurses Association launched the Pulse on the Nation's Nurses Survey Series in 2020. Since then, ANF has tracked mental health and well-being sentiments and needs of nurses through a series of surveys. Designed to capture "moment in time" responses, these digital surveys are open to all nurses in the United States, without limitation by specialty, work setting, age, or tenure in the profession. Results are shared publicly to inform the development of responsive philanthropy and programs to help shape further research and guide advocacy efforts.
