American Nurses Credentialing Center Announces symplr As First Organization to Achieve Gold Tier ANCC Well-Being Excellence™ Credential

Six inaugural organizations have attained this prestigious recognition of their commitment to employee well-being
SILVER SPRING, MD – Today, the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is honored to announce that symplr, a healthcare technology company, is the sixth inaugural recipient of the ANCC Well-Being Excellence™ Credential, and the first to achieve Gold Tier status credentialing. symplr is also the first non-hospital system organization to receive this prestigious credential, which is designed to assess and enhance well-being programs within any setting or industry that employs nurses.
The Well-Being Excellence Credentialing program officially launched on December 1, 2024. Organizations that receive this credential demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing the well-being of both nurses and their entire workforce. The ANCC Well-Being Excellence Gold Tier is the highest level of recognition for this credential reserved only for organizations that meet rigorous standards and demonstrate an exceptional and sustained commitment to the well-being of their entire teams.
symplr joins five other organizations as the first recipients of this credential:
- BayCare Health System in Florida, Silver Tier
- Children’s National Hospital in Washington D.C., Silver Tier
- Kaiser Permanente- Mid-Atlantic States in Maryland, Silver Tier
- Launceston General Hospital in Australia, Silver Tier
- MedStar Health in Maryland, Bronze Tier
