On Wednesday, October 10, 2018, Hurricane Michael slammed into Florida's Panhandle with 155-mph winds making it one of the most powerful storms in U.S. history. The surprising storm continued through Georgia, the Carolinas, and Virginia leaving behind a trail of destruction and people in need.
