 The behavior demonstrated by a white Nurse Practitioner towards an expectant Black mother in a widely shared video was unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable. 

ANCC seeks to raise $50,000 through donations given during the conference that will be shared between PHLCares, a homelessness solutions initiative, and the American Nurses Foundation committed to advancing the nursing profession.
