Overview
This workshop will help your team prepare for the Nurse Executive, Advanced Certification (NEA-BC®) exam. The Nurse Executive, Advanced Certification (NEA-BC®) Review Course Workshop provides information relevant to current practice and review materials to prepare for the ANCC Nurse Executive, Advanced board certification exam. During this workshop, learners will be immersed in comprehensive content, knowledge checks, case study reviews, and practice questions all developed and peer-reviewed by nurses who hold active certifications in the subject matter. Nurses may earn 9.0 ANCC Contact Hours for completing this workshop and 23 additional continuing education ANCC Contact Hours can be earned by completing the Practice IQ and Strategies for Certification Exam Success, included in the purchase. All ANA Certification Prep products are developed and peer reviewed by nurse leaders holding active certifications in the subject matter.

Dr. Simi Jesto Joseph, PhD, DNP, APRN, ANP-C, NEA-BC, FACHE, FNAP, FAANP,
A nurse executive, researcher, and advanced practice registered nurse with extensive experience in nursing leadership, innovation, and evidence-based practice. She currently serves as System Senior Director of Nursing Innovation & Research at Cook County Health, Illinois, where she leads system-wide initiatives to advance nursing practice, quality, and workforce development. She also serves as Interim Director of Ambulatory Specialty Care Clinical Practice, providing executive oversight for nursing practice across multiple specialty clinics and service lines. Dr. Joseph is nationally recognized for her contributions to nursing education, leadership development, and practice transformation. As an ANA facilitator, she is passionate about mentoring current and emerging nurse leaders and supporting excellence in certification and professional growth.
