Laura B. Webster D.BE, RN, HEC-C
Dr. Webster serves as the Bioethics Program Director at Virginia Mason in Seattle, Washington. She earned a Master's in Bioethics and Humanities with an emphasis in clinical ethics from the University of Washington in 2012 and completed her Doctorate in Bioethics specializing in organizational ethics from Loyola University Chicago in 2017. Dr Webster was one of the first Healthcare Ethics Consultants to gain Certification in the United States in January of 2019.
Lucia Wocial PhD, RN, FAAN, HEC-C
Dr. Webster serves as a Nurse Ethicist and Adjunct Assistant Professor Nursing at the Fairbanks Center for Medical Ethics (FCME) at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a Faculty mentor for the clinical ethics fellowship at FCME and serves as the Project director for the Woltman Inter-professional Communication Project with the Indiana University School of Nursing. Dr. Wocial is also the “IMPACT” program leader at Indiana University Health.

Liz Stokes, JD, MA, RN
Liz is the Director for the American Nurses Association Center for Ethics and Human Rights. Liz Stokes has deep expertise in writing public policy on ethical issues including medical marijuana, assisted death, intellectual disabilities, and women's reproductive health. Her areas of expertise include bioethics, nursing ethics and substance use disorder in nursing. She also serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Bioethical Inquiry.
