Dr. Spadaro is a practicing Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and Professor of Nursing at Chatham University. She has a 40+ year career in nursing and psychiatry, working for 10 years at the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic and 20+ years as a psychotherapist in private practice. Dr. Spadaro is an extensively published author, speaker, educator and researcher in mindfulness, resiliency, fitness and nutrition.
