In Pursuit of Excellence: Magnet Program Guidance®
In Pursuit of Excellent: Magnet Program Guidance is an interactive work session that will expand your understanding of the requirements in the 2019 Magnet® Application Manual. Required key elements of the Organizational Overview and Sources of Evidence (SOE), as well as expectations for Empirical Outcome SOE data presentation, will be reviewed in depth. Senior analysts will present sample SOEs, facilitate group discussion, and provide one-on-one assistance to enhance the attendee’s understanding of SOEs while developing skills to successfully write to the Magnet requirements.
Who should attend?
In Pursuit of Excellence: Magnet Program Guidance® information is intended for educational use by attendees including Chief Nursing Officers, Magnet Program Directors, and other key stakeholders from Magnet-Recognized, applicant and Pre-intent organizations. Registration is limited to two (2) individuals per organization.
These courses are not posted on the website because they are invitation only to Magnet designated, Magnet applicant and Pre-Intent Magnet organizations. Invitations for this program are sent directly to the organization’s CNO and MPD. Please notify the Magnet Program Office of any changes in the CNO or MPD role.
Cost: $625 per person
