Payment is due within 30 calendar days of receipt of invoice.

- If applicants are ineligible, the application fee is refundable less an administrative fee.
- Fees are shown in US dollars and based on organization type, (appraisal fee is inclusive) and are adjusted biennially to cover costs. Read Organization Type definitions
- First time applicants may be accredited for 2 years. Re-Accrediting applicants may be accredited for up to 4 years, unless a probationary period is required.
