LaSandra Brown BSN, MBA, RN, CNOR has over 16 years of professional nursing experience including clinical practice, education and leadership. LaSandra is the Program Director of Nursing Education providing leadership in the Center for Professional Excellence within Houston Methodist Hospital, Texas Medical Center. LaSandra has received many honors and awards for her nursing and leadership excellence, has presented nationally on topics related to clinical excellence, and also holds certification and membership from the Association of Perioperative Nurses. In addition, LaSandra's health journey, and stories from her fellow colleagues at Houston Methodist Hospital, will be featured in an upcoming edition of Dr. Oz's The Good Life magazine!

La Donna Christy MSN, RN, CCRN has over 11 year's professional nursing experience including clinical practice and leadership at Houston Methodist Hospital, Texas Medical Center. In her role as nurse education specialist within the Critical Care and Step-Down units, La Donna acts as a leader and expert resource for staff nurses. In addition, La Donna has received institutional and national recognition for demonstrated excellence in clinical improvement and innovation programs. La Donna is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and holds CCRN certification.

The American Nurses Association Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development is accredited as a provider of continuing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
