Terri Gaffney, PhD, MPA, RN
Dr. Gaffney is an RN with experience in the field of patient safety. Most recently she has been examining nursing's role in recovering medical errors and reducing patient harm.
Beth Quatrara, DNP, RN, CMSRN, ACNS-BC
Dr. Quatrara is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with 17 years of advanced practice experience. She is the Director of the Nursing Research Mentorship program at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Lisa Letzkus, MSN, RN, CPNP-AC, CCRN
Ms. Letzkus is the assistant director of the nursing research mentorship program at the University of Virginia Medical Center. During her tenure, she has mentored more than 15 teams in the research process from question development through to dissemination.
Mary Del Guidice, MSN, BS, RN, CENP
Ms. Del Guidice has twenty-seven years of experience in nursing and hospital administration. Ms. Del Guidice's administrative experience ranges from nurse manager to chief nursing officer and has an award winning record in areas of patient and RN satisfaction.
Kathryn Farrell, MSN, RN
As a Professional Practice Implementation Consultant, Ms. Farrell supports clinical nurses and leadership in developing quality improvement initiatives based on the NDNQI data to provide patients with the highest quality care.
