Driving Directions
From the east (Lawrence, Kansas City) via the turnpike:
Take the first Topeka exit (East Topeka) and merge onto I-70 West.
Take the 10th Avenue/Madison Street exit (exit 362C).
Turn left onto SE 10th Avenue, and go ˝ mile.
Turn left onto SW Topeka Blvd.
End at 1109 SW Topeka Blvd.
From the west (Manhattan, Western Kansas) via I-70 East:
Take the First Avenue exit—exit 361A.
Turn left onto SW 1st Avenue.
Turn slight right.
Turn slight right onto SW Topeka Blvd. and go .8 mile.
End at 1109 SW Topeka Blvd.
From the north via Highway 75:
Coming from the north on Highway 75 heading south toward Topeka, after you cross the
Kansas River, merge onto I-70 E/US-40 E/KS-4 E, via the exit on the left toward Kansas City.
Take the 1st Avenue exit—exit 361A.
Turn left onto SW 1st Avenue.
Turn slight right.
Turn slight right onto SW Topeka Blvd. and go .8 mile.
End at 1109 SW Topeka Blvd.
From the south via Highway 75:
Coming from the south on Highway 75 heading north toward Topeka, take the Kansas turnpike/
I-470 E/I-335 E exit.
Merge onto I-470 E via exit 6 toward Kansas Expocentre via Topeka Blvd. North.
Take exit 6 toward Topeka Boulevard.
Turn left onto SW Topeka Blvd.
End at 1109 SW Topeka Blvd.
Landmarks:
1109 SW Topeka Blvd. is a large, three-story, pale-yellow-brick mansion with a red pantile roof,
located on the west side of the street. It is situated between 11th and 12th Streets. The red, historic
Curtis House is on the north of it, and the Blue Cross Blue Shield campus is to the south of it.
Parking:
Only limited parking is available behind the building. There is some on-street parking around the block, and ample parking behind our old building at 1208 SW Tyler, a block away, within walking distance.
