Download Instructions:
1. .doc file: This document is posted as a Word document...
- Click on the file name.
- A dialog box will pop up and ask you "Do you want to open or save?" Select "Save". Choose a location on your hard drive where you'd like to save this file.
- Or, some newer browsers may automatically begin to download the file.
- After saving (downloading) the file to your computer, you can then open the file in MS Word.
2. .pdf file:
- Click on the file name.
- A dialog box will pop up and ask you "Do you want to open or save?" Select "Save". Choose a location on your hard drive where you'd like to save this file.
- Or, some newer browsers may automatically begin to download the file.
- After saving (downloading) the file to your computer, you can then open the file in Acrobat.
This document requires that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer. It is best viewed with the Adobe Reader version 5.0 or above. If you do not have the Reader, or if you are using version 4.0 or below, you can download the latest version of the Acrobat Reader free from the Adobe site
3. .xls file: This document is posted as an Excelspread sheet.
- Click on the file name.
- A dialog box will pop up and ask you "Do you want to open or save?" Select "Save". Choose a location on your hard drive where you'd like to save this file.
- Or, some newer browsers may automatically begin to download the file.
- After saving (downloading) the file to your computer, you can then open the file in Excel software installed on your computer.
4. .ppt file: This document is posted as a PowerPoint Presentation...
- Click on the file name.
- A dialog box will pop up and ask you "Do you want to open or save?" Select "Save". Choose a location on your hard drive where you'd like to save this file.
- Or, some newer browsers may automatically begin to download the file.
- After saving (downloading) the file to your computer, you can then open the file in PowerPoint Presentation software installed on your computer.
