» To display the video, please make sure you have:
- Windows computers -- Windows Media Player installed, and you have enabled the ActiveX plug-in (Internet Explorer displays a warning in a yellow bar under the browser menu if ActiveX disabled)
- Mac -- Flip4Mac player installed, available for download from Microsoft .

» To change your security settings in Internet Explorer 6 and 7:

1. Start your browser
2. From the browser top menu select Tools -> Internet Options
3. Click the Security tab, and then the Internet icon
4. Click the Custom Level... button
5. A new window opens; From the "Reset custom settings" box drop-down menu select "Medium" or
   "Medium-high" and click Reset. Then confirm and click OK to close all windows.
6. Restart your browser and continue to the video

» Other issues:

• If you get a pop-up question "Do you want to allow software such as ActiveX and plug-ins to run?" click Yes
• A yellow bar appears on top of the page after you click to play the video:
  
  a) Click on the bar, then "More information" and follow the instructions from the help file; or
  b) Follow the instructions above to change your security settings to Medium or Mediun-high
