Cancellations received by Friday, January 3, 2014 will receive a full refund less a $100.00 administration fee. Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone or this web site. Email all cancellation requests to: email@example.com. DO NOT send to any other address. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, January 3, 2014.
ANA reserved the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference activities due to unforeseen circumstances, in the event the conference must be canceled or postponed, registration fee will be refunded. All other cancelations are subject o the refund policy as stated.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Check refunds for cancelled registrations will be processed with on 4-6 weeks following the conference.
- All substitutions will be accepted until the first day of the conference.
- Substitutions are welcome at no charge.
- Email substitution request to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Information on the original confirmation will be needed to complete a substitution needed. Please have this available.
