Learn how to get the most out of your data and achieve long-lasting and meaningful quality improvement!

You know the challenges of maintaining consistently high levels of safety and quality over time and across health care settings. As an NDNQI participating hospital, you have a robust and powerful tool providing data to help you achieve quality improvement and excellence in patient care. The question you need to answer now — given the new health care environment — is how to expand the successes you’ve had in some units hospital-wide for gains you can sustain over long periods of time.

This full-day session provides a pivotal opportunity for CNOs, staff nurses, professional practice directors, and NDNQI site coordinators to position your quality program for even greater success.  You will not just listen and learn but engage in quality improvement strategies to foster change in your environment.
