This new user forum is a unique opportunity for NDNQI® member hospitals to address challenges and share successes in using performance improvement data to address quality initiatives by role and in specialty areas.
This full-day session has been specially designed to address the needs of CNOs, staff nurses, Professional Practice Directors, and NDNQI® site coordinators. Topics will be presented interactively by using real-world examples and focus on providing strategies to more effectively address budget cuts, improve nursing practice and patient outcomes. Tools will be shared to effectively manage multiple data requests. Participants will walk away with ideas and strategies that can be easily implemented.
