ANA’s Teresa Haller Attends World Health Assembly

ANA's treasurer, Teresa M. Haller, MSN, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, had the honor of being part of the U.S. Delegation to the 66th session of the World Health Assembly (WHA) in Geneva, Switzerland, May 20-28. The World Health Assembly is the decision-making body of the World Health Organization (WHO). The annual meeting concluded with agreement on a range of public health measures and recommendations aimed at securing greater health benefits for all people, everywhere. Haller attended on behalf of ANA President Karen A. Daley, PhD, RN, FAAN, who was representing ANA at the International Council of Nurses’ (ICN) Council of National Representatives meeting and 25th Quadrennial Congress in Melbourne, Australia.
