The American Nurses Association's Correctional Nursing Workgroup is requesting public comment on the
Draft Correctional Nursing: Scope and Standards of
Practice document. This professional resource describes the
correctional nursing specialty's revised scope of practice statement and
standards of practice and professional performance, with accompanying
competencies. Nurses, students, and other stakeholders are invited to review and
comment on this document. Deadline 5pm ET, Nov. 20, 2012.
