Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is still under public scrutiny and is surrounded by
myths and speculation. Dr. Jeanne Merkle Sorrell in her most recent column

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act: Ethical Perspectives in 21st
Century Health Care," examines the goals of an ethical healthcare
system, utilizing a historical approach; challenges the myths associated with
the PPACA; and discusses the responsibilities heath care professionals have in
light of the PPACA becoming fully enforced in 2014.
