ANA is delivering two full-day workshops on
Feb. 6, 2013 in Altanta prior to the
7th Annual Nursing Quality Conference™ to address the health, safety, and wellness of nurses. The
Healthy Nurse Workshop: Nurse Self-Care workshop will empower nurses to incorporate wellness practices into their daily lives - emphasizing that in order to provide optimal patient care, nurses must first safeguard their own health. The
Healthy Work Environment: Safe Patient Handling and Mobility – Making the Case workshop will equip nurses to advocate for, plan, and implement effective SPHM programs. This workshop will also include interactive demonstrations of SPHM technology.
