Do you have a
fall prevention program that works, but you can’t obtain the resources to
implement it? Falls lead to injury and increased length of stay that are no
longer reimbursed, thereby making falls prevention a top priority for hospitals
today. However, many healthcare facilities continue to manage fall prevention by
a nurse-management program, without strategies to incrementally increase program
infrastructure and capacity to change impact and outcomes.
