The American Nurses Association (ANA) continues to urge ALL registered nurses, nursing leaders and nursing organizations to send comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on the proposed rule related to the Medicare and Medicaid Conditions
of Participation. It is critically important that CMS hear from registered nurses to counter the opposition from physicians and others opposed to the proposed changes. Complete information about the CoPs, the proposed rule, template letters and ANA’s final comments are available (see below).
