The American Nurses Association (ANA) would like to thank its website visitors who participated in the biweekly "HAVE YOUR SAY" poll. This poll asked respondents if relatives, friends or patients have asked them questions about prescription medications.

According to the results, an overwhelming 95% of nurses reported such inquiries while only 5% responded in the negative. This was based on 529 online respondents.

To participate in the new poll, go to the NursingWorld homepage and answer the new poll question under the section titled "HAVE YOUR SAY" at bottom of the left margin. A new poll will be posted on a biweekly basis, and results from the previous week will be made available.

"Have your Say" polls are snapshots taken during a brief period of time that reflect the views of NursingWorld.org users who choose to share their opinions on a variety of issues. The polls are not designed or intended to reflect a statistically valid representation of the population and should not be used as such.
