The American Nurses Association (ANA), Louisiana State Nurses Association (LSNA) and the Louisiana Alliance of Nursing Organizations (LANO) filed an amicus brief as a Friend of the Court in a case scheduled for oral argument today in the First Circuit Court of Appeal in the state of Louisiana.
