The National Coordinating Council for Medication Error Reporting and Prevention is asking for input regarding the use of suffixes in drug names. The intent of the survey is to assess the current use of suffixes in drug names, problems that may arise from the use of suffixes and how those situations are handled. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
