Job Specifications:
- Master's Degree in Business, Administration, or Nursing
- Bachelor of Science Nursing
- Membership NDNA / ANA
- Demonstrates executive level knowledge of health care delivery systems, local, state, and national health care environments
- Recent experience in an executive / management position desired
- Demonstrates experience in association management and or executive level experience in a not for profit organization
- Demonstrates success in fundraising activities and / or grant writing
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, prefer high level expertise in use of electronic communication/ computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish cooperative relationships and work with others
Four main priorities in alignment with strategic plan:
financial stability, organizational operations, membership, and advocacy for nurse members.
