Short for “quick response codes,” QR codes are two dimensional barcodes that are
being frequently used these days as a creative, tech-savvy marketing tool.
Readers with smartphones can download a free QR code reader (many new
smartphones come pre-equipped with this feature), which will enable them to scan
the QR codes in TAN. The QR code will then direct the reader to extra
information on the TAN website or to outside resources referenced in the
articles.
