ANA helps my patients by providing the basic standards of care and by bringing leadership to the profession. ANA has also provided the legislative support to improve nursing and healthcare. When I attended my Diploma nursing school membership was highly encouraged and the role of the professional organization was emphasized. It was only logical to join!!!
