REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Your registration will be confirmed by email. Confirmation will include your payment information and serve as your receipt. Be sure to provide a current email address when registering.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitutions are welcome. Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing by January 4, 2008. Refunds will be processed less a $50 processing and handling fee. No refunds will be made after January 4, 2008 or for no-shows. Refunds will be issued 6-8 weeks after the conference. ANA is not responsible for any charges or cancellation fee assessed by airlines or hotels.
